Here is our beautiful blanket in pink and brown made from 100% baby alpaca wool.
Alpaca wool has excellent properties: it is temperature-regulating, dirt-repellent, anti-allergenic and odour-repellent. It is also non-scratchy and hardly felts. The term baby alpaca wool explains the first shearing of an adult alpaca.
An extremely soft wool is obtained from this first shearing and the blankets are woven by hand with this wool. The blanket has a width of approx. 150 cm and a length of approx. 190 cm. It also weighs around 1000 g. As this is not an industrially manufactured product, there may be slight size deviations of +/- 2 cm.
